2. Services Description
KK Corporation provides global maritime logistics, freight coordination, port operations, and heavy-lift cargo services. All quotes are estimates and subject to final confirmation based on cargo specifications, route conditions, and regulatory requirements.
3. Quote Requests
Quote requests submitted through our website are non-binding. A formal contract is only established upon signed agreement and deposit receipt. Pricing is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Liability Limitations
KK Corporation's liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to the terms outlined in the signed shipping contract. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs inspections, force majeure, or acts of government authorities.
5. Cargo Restrictions
Clients must disclose the full nature of cargo including hazardous materials, perishables, and oversized items. Failure to disclose restricted cargo may result in service cancellation, additional fees, or legal action.
6. Payment Terms
Standard terms require a 30% deposit upon booking with the balance due before cargo release. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KK Corporation is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
